FDA status of referenced compounds

Some peptides discussed on this Site are approved prescription drugs available only through a licensed provider. Others are sold and marketed as “research chemicals” and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human use. Where a compound is not FDA-approved for a use described on this Site, that description reflects publicly discussed research interest only, not a recommendation for human consumption.

Assumption of risk

Many compounds referenced on this Site have not been tested for safety or efficacy in humans. Some have documented safety concerns. Combining compounds compounds those unknowns. If you choose to obtain or use any compound referenced here, you do so entirely at your own risk and on your own judgment, and you accept full responsibility for that decision and its consequences.

Educational content about combinations

Our stacks section documents combinations of compounds that are commonly discussed, and reports how much published research exists on each combination — usually very little. Naming a combination is not a suggestion to take it, and a stated purpose is a claim made by others, not a finding of ours. We publish no doses, ratios, durations, or cycle lengths for any combination, because that information does not exist in the research and we will not invent it.

A Peptide Store is a referral service, not a seller

A Peptide Store does not manufacture, sell, ship, or take title to any product. Submitting a match request connects you with independent third-party suppliers. Any purchase, and any representation made about a product, is solely between you and that supplier. A Peptide Store is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, transactions between users and suppliers.

Supplier vetting is not a guarantee

“Vetted” means a supplier has provided documentation (such as a certificate of analysis) at the time of application. Our verification score reflects only what we can actually check — whether identity was confirmed, how many certificates exist, how recent they are, and how long a supplier has been listed. It is not an ongoing guarantee of product quality, purity, legality of use in your jurisdiction, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for confirming a product is lawful to purchase and use where you live.

Telehealth referrals

A Peptide Store is not a medical provider, a pharmacy, or a telehealth company. We do not practice medicine, do not employ or supervise clinicians, and are not involved in any clinical decision. Telehealth practices listed on this Site are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, care, and fulfillment.

When you continue to a listed practice you leave this Site and deal with them directly, under their terms and privacy policy. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is determined solely by a licensed clinician. Nothing on this Site is a promise that you will be evaluated, accepted as a patient, or prescribed anything. Availability information reflects what a practice has told us and may change without notice.

How we are compensated

We may receive a fee when you use a supplier or telehealth practice we link to. Where that is the case, we disclose it on the page before you leave the Site. Compensation does not change the educational content we publish, and a verification score is never influenced by whether a supplier pays us.

Biomarker tracking

If you log lab results, we store the values and reference ranges you enter and compare them only against the range you provided from your own lab report. We do not supply reference ranges, do not interpret results, and do not diagnose. Reference ranges vary by laboratory, assay, age, and sex. A reading shown as outside your range is a comparison, not a medical finding — discuss any result with your clinician.

The AI assistant

We may suspend or terminate access for any of these.

Research citations are the property of their publishers and are surfaced from PubMed, operated by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, which does not endorse this Site. Supplier and practice names and logos belong to those businesses. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law and disputes

Unresolved. Governing state and dispute-resolution method (court venue versus binding arbitration, and whether class actions are waived) have not been decided. These materially affect your rights, so we are not asserting them until an attorney has advised on them. Until then, no arbitration requirement or class waiver applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
